I would like to start by introducing you to Silvia Vargas. She started working with Cayuga Sustainable Hospitality, and then she moved to Santa Teresa one year ago as the Manager of Latitude 10.
Then we have me, Maricela Gonzalez, and I have been working at Latitude 10 for one year also. I work in the Reservation Department and I also do Guest Service and Human Resources.
Then we have Adriana Pal. She has been working at Latitude 10 for one and a half years and she works in the Reservation Department. She also does Guest Service and is the Sustainability Coordinator here at Latitude 10. If you have any questions about the sustainability programs that we have here at Latitude10, how to green your trip or our Building for the Future program, feel free to ask Adriana Pal.
Raquel Arias has been working with us for only six months as our Guest Service coordinator. She also helps out in the Reservation Department but mainly she is in charge of making our guest feel welcome and at home.
Yvette is our wonderful chef she has been working at Latitude 10 for 5 years and is great at creating Wow moments for our guests.
Lisimaco Morales (he likes to be called Macho) has been working here since the beginning, 8 years ago! If you have any questions about infrastructure, maintenance, gardens, swimming pool or weather, he is the best person for the answers.
Karol and Rebeca: they are our wonderful housekeeping team and are in charge of making your room beautiful and romantic. Karol has been working with us for seven years and Rebecca only for 7 months, but they are the best team working together.
Burgos and Mainor: Burgos has been working at Latitude 10 from the beginning, just like Macho. He is in charge of keeping the wood of the bungalows as nice as they look as they require special treatment, and Mainor is in charge of keeping our gardens so beautiful and green.
All together, we make our guest feel like they are at home with good friends.
